Our platform runs on AWS, an industry-leading cloud provider, with redundancy across multiple availability zones. We design for isolation, scalability, and high availability.

We encrypt data in transit using TLS 1.2. At rest, we use AES-256 encryption keys, with strict key management practices. Sensitive data is tokenized or hashed as needed.

We use network segmentation, firewalls, private subnets, and host-level protections to isolate different components (web servers, app servers, databases).

Access is role-based, applying the principle of least privilege. We support single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative accounts. All access is logged and audited.

We perform regular backups, replicate data to geographically separate regions, and routinely test our recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

All system logs, security events, and anomalies are centrally collected, monitored, and alerted. We use intrusion prevention tools and maintain a 24/7 security operations posture.
